Service Procurement Portal
Our service procurement portal mde has been available for procurement, execution and payment of all kinds of services (except logistics) since 2008. We use this portal to request services from our suppliers, receive offers from them via the portal, evaluate them and place orders. The contractor receives the order via the portal and records the services provided. Those are assessed with regard to the contract-compliant execution and released by us for billing via the credit note procedure. All processes, including all documents and data, are handled exclusively digitally via the portal.
In 2009, Rothe Erde received the famous innovation award from the Association Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Logistics BME for this new type of integrated electronic service procurement.
