What we expect from you

The interest to work on large plants and produce innovative products from blanks. Teamwork is also a top priority for us. The prerequisites for a training job are good results in school leaving exams with good grades in mathematics, physics and German. The training period is three and a half years. With good performance, however, there is the possibility of shortening the time.

What exactly will you do all day?

The heat is on during training: Rings of different diameters and weights are formed from blanks on computer-controlled pressing and rolling machines of different sizes. Extreme material temperatures are achieved. We teach you the basics of steel forming. But you also learn early on to take on responsibility, since you will be working in production shortly after the start of your training. Your tasks include, among other things, controlling and monitoring the corresponding systems.

Prospects after graduation

After the training you will have great career prospects, for example with a further training as an industrial master craftsman or technician, which will qualify you for a higher-quality job.
